A supper club in Faversham and beyond, celebrating local food and drink. Roast partridge with pears and morcilla. With just over two weeks until the next supperclub, and following a rather wonderful foodie trip to Copenhagen, I have fixed the menu. There are plenty of nods to Scandinavia and some crowd pleasing autumn favourites too.
When I left school i went on a YTS learning catering while i waited to join the Army as an apprentice chef, I never liked the army but loved cooking so i left and worked in various restaurants. I left the industry many years ago but have continued to enjoy cooking and food.

Galloway Wildlife Conservation Park is now closed to the public after more than 15 years, the owners have taken the difficult decision to cease operations for personal reasons. Some of the animals being re-homed and others will remain on the park site. Renamed the Galloway Conservation Centre, the park will operate as a private collection within the remit of its charity, the Galloway Wildlife Conservation Trust, with continuing initiatives to support wildlife cons.
